I am a teacher of Scriptures, Torah follower, and believer in Messiah Yeshua. I have been given the opportunity to share the Word of God with many believers around the world. My work as a servant of the Most High God has allowed me to be a voice to spread the good news of the New Testament, unveiling its truth through context and the obedience to the Almighty through his Torah.

I am concerned about the amount of various abuse that goes on undetected in homes. Are there any ways to address those issues so that it doesn’t stay left under the rug?

  2. Hi Rico,

Great teaching and desperately needed. We just heard Bill Cloud teach 3 hours on a similar message.

Just a thought about your question to the audience regarding whether or not we have a right to change our laws. We do have that right because we are (were) a republic, but YHVH’s nation is not a republic or democracy it is a theocracy, a kingdom. And He doesn’t change.

This is part of the problem in the church. First they don’t stand firm on YHVH doesn’t change, and then we have thought that we can change things……..majority rules. YIKES what a slippery slope.

    Many Blessings!
    Linda

  3. Rico,What pakinpastor said , is all the words I want to say,I thank our FATHER in HEAVEN for you and what HE is showing you to bring it to the world. With teachers such as you; Bill Cloud;Brad Scott and the rest of the TORAH teachers that teach us what the Scriptures are really saying.

  4. The choosing or chosen is in the description of Suzerain Covenant; it is bi lateral; between the King and the one to who He holds out the covenant/scepter, He chooses us; we also have to choose Him and His ways; we both have obligations and benefits. He has the benefit of an extended Kingdom, citizens; and obligation of protection, provision etc. we have obligation of moving in obedience. Even in most Christianity teaching is always G-d who initiates (as a groom) and bride accepts; the wedding vows are bi lateral; they both have obligations which benefit one another. As in all relationships 1st to establish trust, and is progressive in closeness.

  5. My comments about leaders of communities; no way reflect on Rico or his co teachers. Is made as a general statement; as what I’d look for in a Torah community.

  6. I just don’t tell you enough, Rico, how much I love and appreciate you and I thank our King for sending you to His people, to proclaim His message, and do it in such a way as to make it clear!
I thank my God and my King for allowing you to teach me, and I thank Him for opening my eyes and ears to hear and see His message in the way He meant it. Thank you Rico, for being obedient to His calling and going to the “ends of the earth” to give His message.
I pray to my King, that if I have found favor in His eyes, that one day soon, I will be able to go to His land and let me tread on the land and spy it out! He is able and I Love Him. Toda rabbah!
Baruch ata YHVH eloheinu, melek haolam! V’natan lanu et Rico! B’shem Y’shuah! Amein!

  7. Kings were judged worthy if their citizens were not needy. If you wanted to do business with another Kingdom; you checked out the condition of the citizens. Just like with ministries; you should check out the condition of it’s members; if they are strong; then you don’t link up with a poor ministry. Have to have a plan in place for members who, and contact inform; and have to be in touch with them to know how they are doing; is sometimes means an actual visit to their home. Acts talks about widows list. A recent Jewish movie I saw, shows there was a list of the needy; names and addresses; when festival offering were made for the poor that collection was divided amoungst the people on the list. We should offer to help find weakness and lift them up; maybe the real need is job hunting, skills, interview. Maybe they have a hateful landlord; we need to find legal counsel? or advocate for them.

  8. Amen, how can we reach out to community and world when sick (not strong) inside; is very important to be strong center to reach out; if not a weak centre and it’s arms of outreach all fall. In fact, in teaching about ANE Kings; a king was highly regarded if his citizens were well cared for. A congregational leader should see himself in this role; who are the members? what is name address? how are they doing? send messengers out to see how they are doing…specially elderly live alone; someone needs to visit them routinely.

Most groups make a big deal of “pork” and we laugh blah, blah and yet there are many things as abomination, and why did Abba use that word with somethings and not others? Did the LORD say don’t touch pork? or don’t eat pork?

In Kingdom Colonizaton; we offer the covenants; which contains rights (benefits) according to the obligations. Someone who is righteous is one who is annointed to extend rights to the Kingdom; and protects the citizens rights; which does include widows (thouse without a husband=Torah, those without fathers (Torah) and those without a home/nation (Torah).

    1. Love that comment widows – those without a husband (Torah), orphans – those with a father (Torah) and strangers – those without a home/nation (Torah). Nice way to put it.
